Growth Group FAQ

Why should I join a Growth Group?
We believe that you can only move so far on your spiritually journey without others.  Being in a group will help you develop lasting friendships that will push you further on your spiritual journey.  Also, groups are just a great place to meet some new people and make new friends!

What does a Growth Group look like?
There are all different types of curriculum and topics that you can choose from and you can choose a group that fits in with your specific life-stage and age group. You will be able to choose from a large list of groups once sign ups begin.

Where do Growth Groups meet?
Some groups meet in host homes around the area and other groups meet at the church building. You should always be able to find a group within 10-15 minutes of your house.

Is there childcare available?
It depends on the group.  We are going to try and have one night a week at the church building where childcare is provided by background checked ministry partners for a minimum cost. There will be more information on this soon.

What if I don't like the first group I try?
We don't think that's going to happen! But if it does, you're free to join one of our other open groups at any time.

Can I lead a Growth Group?
We are always looking for new leaders.  We would love to get your information and talk with you about starting a group at some point.  You can email Drew Dolinger if you are interested.

How do I get into a group?
You can sign up any time! Just check out the Growth Group Board for more information about the different groups available or sign up right from our website. You can also just to ask a friend if you can go with them to their group.

Does the church offer men's and women's ministries?
These ministries take place within our Growth Groups and even have activities throughout the year. Just look for the groups that are specific to men or women.
