Barrett and Amy Cruce

Barrett and Amy were called as missionaries in 2005 to the town of Puerto Viejo, located on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica. They have partnered with Alternative Missions to reach the people of this diverse community with the life-changing message of Jesus’ love. Their passion is to see people come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and continue to grow to maturity. Through the teaching of God’s Word, Barrett and Amy reach out to a population of expatriates, surfers and hippies as well as the local people.

They intend to establish a network of house churches where the Bible is taught and the love of Christ is lived out. Since 2005 they have become a part of the community, developed real relationships, engaged in personal evangelism and discipleship.
